Foxconn has approached CVTC to partner together to offer a unique “earn and learn” option to our students. Attached is more information regarding the Foxconn Earn and Learn Program. It is an exciting opportunity for our current students looking for internships and/or permanent employment. At this time Foxconn will host a hiring event to recruit students from the following tech and non-tech programs:

IT-Software Developer
IT-Network Specialist
Business Management
Human Resources
Accounting
Executive Assistant
Marketing
Digital Marketing
Professional Communications

Details for the event are as follows:

When: Tuesday, October 15th, 2019

Where: BEC – Casper Conference Center, 103B & The LINC

What: Event Kick-off: 10:30am – 11:45am, Casper Conference Center 103B

Opening Remarks: Margo Keys, CVTC Vice President of Student Services
Foxconn Leaders: Artificial Intelligence & Panel-Level Packaging

Foxconn Interviews: 12:00pm – 5:15pm, The LINC

Interviews will be 15 minutes in length
Students will be required to check-in at The LINC 10 minutes prior to their scheduled interview

Because the opportunities are broad, the job descriptions are separated into two categories: tech and non-tech positions, which are attached for student view. Foxconn plans to interview up to 80 students, with potential job offers to follow.
