Most companies will ask for “the world” in a job posting and then take the best person they can find.
The Wisconsin Technical College System has a strong employer support in Wisconsin. With the exception of some fortune 500 companies, most employers will look at an Associate in Applied Sciences Degree.
If you want maximum access to jobs, it doesn’t hurt to apply to UW-Stout’s BS-ICT program and have it on your resume as “In-Process”. That way employers know you are open to continuing your education.
